How Can an FSSAI License Be Renewed After It Expires?

Food Business Operators are required to pay a late fee of ₹100 per day in addition to the renewal fee if the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India license renewal is not started at least 30 days prior to the expiration date.

1 to 90 days Late: Three times the standard annual cost for delays.

91 to 180 days Late: Twice the standard annual cost, up to a maximum of five times.
