Fees paid to government departments (like MCA, IP India, etc.) for registrations, approvals, or filings are separate and will be quoted clearly during the service process. These payments are non-refundable once submitted.

Refund & Cancellation

Once an order is placed and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds will only be processed if Tex Esquire is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal error.

Software Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund. Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge and any non-recoverable service costs. After 30 days, only service credits are issued.

3. Business Registration Services

• Bank account opening assistance is provided post-company incorporation and depends on bank compliance checks.
• Additional charges may apply for state-specific registrations, licenses, or name re-submissions.
• Clients may submit up to 4 name preferences for the company name approval process.
• Authorized capital defines the limit of shares a company can issue and affects registration fees and stamp duty.
• Appointment of a statutory auditor is mandatory within 30 days of company incorporation.
• We assist in procuring Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) and complete the KYC process on your behalf.
• Stamp duty and government fees vary by state, company type, and capital; these are billed separately and must be cleared before submission.
• Failure to provide documents or cooperation within 10 working days may lead to application closure without refund.

4. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising out of or relating to our services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through amicable negotiations first. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal discussions, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Arbitration shall be conducted in English.
• The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
• The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

Users waive the right to participate in any class action against Tex Esquire and agree to resolve disputes individually.

5. Use of Third-Party Tools

Our platform may use or link to tools and services provided by third parties such as payment gateways, analytics tools, video hosting, or form submission services. These third-party tools may collect or process your data under their own terms and privacy policies.

• We are not liable for any issues arising from third-party platform usage.
