Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@texesquire.in within 30 calendar days of the date of payment. Valid documentation and a clear explanation of the reason for the request must be included.
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
Approved refunds are subject to a 20% administrative and processing fee. In case any third-party payments were involved, such costs will also be deducted from the refundable amount.
As our services are digital and customized, there are no physical products to return. However, if you wish to discontinue a service or revoke authorization, please contact us in writing immediately. Services already delivered or submitted to regulatory bodies cannot be reversed.
